Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and Pirates! Captain Ron returns this week, too! We will build floating pirate ships, make Caribbean Necklaces, construct treasure maps, make magical snacks and learn about island culture and living.

Week 3 (6/17 - 6/21) - Junior Chefs: Switzerland

Join Chef Snozzberry as we create Srumdiddlyumptious dishes, introducing us to the nutritional & cultural elements of the culinary arts. The Swiss have a strong mountaineering culture, folk arts such as alphorn, yodeling, Swiss cheese, watches, cowbells, and of course Willie Wonka Chocolate!

Week 4 (6/24 - 6/28) - Down Under on the Farm - Australia

The friendship between a spider and pig in Charlotte’s Web takes us to our farm in Australia! Real live barn animals visit us as we learn about where our food comes from, eat organic snacks, and create country crafts.

Week 5 (7/1 - 7/5) - Princes and Princesses - England

Hear ye, hear ye! As English Royalty, we will learn table etiquette, good manners, and curtseys. Let’s learn to play croquet, prepare a real English tea party, make royal crowns, and be like the Queen’s guards.

Week 6 (7/8 - 7/12) - Artistic Explosions - France

Pete the Cat’s white shoes changes color as he steps in piles of strawberries, blueberries, and other big messes! It’s an ALL ART week in France! We will create masterpieces, play COLORFUL games and sports, sing French songs and sample “Oh la la” foods.

Week 7 (7/15 - 7/19) - La Fiesta Days - Peru

Peru has Machu Picchu, the rainforest, criollo music, soccer, weaving, llamas and more for us to learn about! Senorita Rosalita will lead our Fiesta Time and Coach Marcus will play soccer with us and show us some new moves! A jammed pack week of celebration, fun and learning end in a Pajama Day full of surprises!

Our Junior Olympics we will be held in Japan, the site of the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics! We will be representing countries from around the world as we participate in Junior Olympic sports, and learn about Japanese culture, foods, arts and music.

Three, two, one…blast off! It’s time to fall in line for astronaut training! Campers dive in by earning their helmets and jet packs as they discover what it takes to make it in outer space. Next up: Escape Earth’s gravity to explore the Sun, the Moon, and many of the solar system’s interesting features. From launching Alka-Seltzer rockets to creating satellite spinners, budding space explorers learn the ropes as they prepare to take off to infinity and beyond!

With the development of logic skills serving as the foundation for fun, budding programmers learn the basics of computer science while creating digitally interactive puzzles and exciting video games. With off-line projects like mini skee-ball and labyrinth, campers delve into a world filled with strategy, logic, and luck!
