Daily cooking themes ranging from Sandwich, Soup & Salad and Breakfast for Dinner to Home-style Japanese, Italian and Southwestern. Delicious daily lunches and snacks-prepared by the student-cooks themselves. End the week with a visit to a local culinary school and an instructional binder with recipes to take home-along with the skills to start cooking!
